Far East Horizon Limited (3360 HK) Proposed spin-off and separate listing of Horizon Construction Development Limited on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited - has announced preferential offering

Subscription price - HKD $4.80 per share.

For every 119 shares of Far East Horizon Limited (3360 HK) held, 1 share of (44026 HK) will be assigned as a preference option.

For every 1 share (44026 HK) hold, shareholders can guarantee the quota to subscribe for 1 share of Horizon Construction Development Limited (9930 HK)
