Option (2) Exercise Warrants - Pay USD 75.57 to receive 1 share of Chord Energy Corporation (US6742152076) for every 1 warrant held.

Option (3) Cashless Exercise - Receive 0.40430395 share of Chord Energy Corporation (US6742152076) for every 1 warrant held. (may be paid in cash in lieu of fractional shares)

The deadline to tender shares to the offer will be 12/11/2024@ 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8).
