According to the announcement published by Television Broadcasts Limited (the “Company”) on April 21, 2023, the Company will hold its annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) on May 31, 2023. Shareholders wishing to vote at the annual general meeting must complete and submit to the Company the declaration form as declared voting controller (the “Declaration”) in order to comply with the Broadcasting Ordinance to comply with the Company’s regulations. If you intend to attend the Meeting, please make sure to complete the following 3 steps:

1. Submit the Declaration to the Company’s secretariat
Only those who complete and return the Declaration to the Company’s secretariat on or before May 14, 2023 are entitled to vote. For any questions about how to fill out the Declaration, please contact the Company’s secretariat at info@tvb.com.

The Declaration can be submitted in any of the following ways:
① Mail address: Television Broadcasts Limited, TVB City, No. 77 Chun Choi Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Kowloon, Hong Kong;

2. Submit a copy of the Declaration to Futu
Please send a copy of the Declaration to cs@futuhk.com via a registered email before 15:30 PM on May 24, 2023,and provide the following details:
① Futubull ID Number –
② Name (Chinese/English) –
③ Stock Symbol – 00511.HK Annual General Meeting to be held on 05/31/2023

3. Apply to attend the general meeting in the app
Please apply in the app before 15:30 on May 24, 2023. Futu has set two different stock symbols/names in the app for “qualified voting controllers” and “unqualified voting rights controller" respectively. When submitting the application, please make sure to select the correct stock symbol/name in accordance with your status stated in the A2 declaration.

Notes:
1. You will only be able to attend the Meeting after completing the above 3 steps.
2. If you fail to submit the Declaration to the Company’s secretariat, your attendance to the Meeting may be rejected even if you applied in the app successfully. In that case, the general meeting fees will not be refunded.
3. If Futu does not receive your copy of the Declaration before 15:30 PM on May 24, 2023, your application in the app will be rejected.
4. If you select the wrong stock symbol/name in the app which is not in accordance with your status stated in the A2 declaration, your application will be rejected.
5. If the number of votes submitted is greater than the holdings you declared as a qualified/unqualified voting controller, the number of votes for the relevant matter or resolution will be adjusted or excluded based on the shareholding ratio stated in the Declaration.
6. If you wish to withdraw your application, please do so through the app before the deadline.
7. In case of any changes, the announcement of the listed company shall prevail.
