DSX.US Optional Dividend

DIANA SHIPPING INC (DSX.US) has announced a dividend for record date holders of 04/24/2023. The dividend allows an option to receive payment of either stock or cash. Record date holders have until 05/05/2023 to submit elections. The default option for this dividend will pay STOCK of Oceanpal Inc, Y6430L160

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option 1) HOLDERS TO RECEIVE STOCK （Oceanpal Inc，Y6430L160） [DEFAULT]

Option 2) HOLDERS TO RECEIVE CASH

The deadline for electing will be 2023/05/05 @ 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8).
