Gabelli Utility Trust (The) (GUT.RT) announced a subscription rights offering. GUT.RT holders may exercise 5 rights to purchase 1 common stock at a subscription price of USD 5.00 per share. Participants are advised to obtain the PROSPECTUS and related supplement for more details on the rights offering. Participants should consult their tax advisor for complete details in reference to withholding taxes.

Option (2): EXERCISE RIGHTS - 5 rights to purchase 1 share of common stock at a subscription price of USD 5.00 per share. Minimum quantity to instruct is 5. Minimum multiple quantity to instruct is 5. (fractional shares will be rounded down)

The deadline to submit instructions for exercise will be 04/10/2024 @16:00 (HONG KONG GMT+8).
