Subscription price - HKD $20.60 per share.

For every 477 shares of WUXI BIOLOGICS (CAYMAN) INC. (2269.HK) held, 1 share of (44048.HK) will be assigned as a preference option.

For every 1 share (44048.HK) hold, shareholders can guarantee the quota to subscribe for 1 share of WUXI XDC CAYMAN INC. (2268.HK)
