    5CP.SG Voluntary Unconditional Offer

    Dear Client,

    We would like to inform you of the following event:

    Silverlake Axis, 5CP - Voluntary Unconditional Offer – 30/09/2024@ 12:00 noon

    • Option 1: S$0.360 in cash
    • Option 2: a combination of S$0.30 in cash and one (1) new redeemable preference share in the capital of the Offeror ("New Offeror RPS") for each Offer Share ("Combi Consideration"). The Redemption Amount (as defined herein) for each New Offeror RPS pursuant to the Combi Consideration is S$0.18. Please fill in and retuned the signed form (see attached) if you select this option.
    • Option 3: No Action (Default)

    KYC Particular Form of the Beneficiary Owner information will be submitted to CDP if the “Combi Consideration” is elected.
