DRIVE SHACK INC (DSHK.RTS) announced that One (1) Rights will be required to purchase RESTRICTED stock of DRIVE SHACK INC, at the subscription price of USD 0.20

Subscription ratio: 0.73063794 shares of RESTRICTED stock for every 1 right subscribed

Subscription price: USD 0.20

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option (1): Take no action [Default option]

Option (2): EXERCISE RIGHTS, Each subscription right will entitle the holder there of to purchase 0.73063794 of a share of RESTRICTED stock at USD 0.20 per whole share (Minimum rights required to exercise:1)

Oversubscription are not supported

The deadline to submit instructions for exercise will be 18/08/2023 16:00 (HONG KONG GMT+8).
