PRTC.US Tender offer

PURETECH HEALTH PLC - SPONSORED ADR is offering holders who tender will receive the USD equivalent of GBP 25.00 per ADS. Subject to Proration. Participants should obtain the PureTech Health plc Circular, dated 20/05/2024 for complete details of the offer and consult their tax advisor for complete details in reference to withholding taxes.

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option (1): Take no action [Default option]

Option (2): Tender Shares – EQUIVALENT OF GBP 25.00 PER ADS (CONV TO USD)

The deadline to tender shares to the offer will be 11/06/2024 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8).

In the absence of an election, no action will be taken.
