JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited (1691.HK) - The Proposed Spin-off and the Proposed Distribution on the basis of 1 SharkNinja Share for every 25 JS Global Shares held. The SharkNinja Shares will be listed on the U.S. Stock Exchange.

For every 1 shares of Z JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited (1691.HK) held, 1 share of (45976.HK) dummy stock code will be assigned. 

For every 1 share (45976 HK) hold will be transferred to 1 SharkNinja Share. The SharkNinja Shares will be listed on the U.S. Stock Exchange and will be directly credited to the US stock account opened by Futu and held electronically

U.S. stock account opening deadline : 30 July 2023

Proposed Distribution Date of Dummy stock : 1 August 2023

Proposed Transferred Date of SharkNinja Share : Arrival date is subject to the DTC

Since SharkNinja shares are listed on the US stock exchange, you must hold a US stock account to receive SharkNinja shares. If you have not yet opened a U.S. stock account, please go to the account opening page to submit an application. The deadline for opening an account is July 30, 2023.
