Zhong An Group Limited (672.HK) Proposed spin-off and separate listing of Zhong An Intelligent Living Service Limited on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited - has announced preferential offering

Subscription price - HKD $1.48 per share.

For every 188 shares of Zhong An Group Limited (672.HK) held, 1 share of (44029.HK) will be assigned as a preference option.

For every 1 share (44029.HK) hold, shareholders can guarantee the quota to subscribe for 1 share of Zhong An Intelligent Living Service Limited (2271.HK)
