Explanation about Corporate Actions

Explanation about Corporate Actions:

● Futu Securities handles the corporate action application based on its published cutoff time for the application.

● If the client applies for corporate action in the period between the cutoff time of Futu Securities and the cutoff time of the listed company, Futu Securities would try its best effort to assist the client to submit the relevant application of corporate action to the upstream broker/Stock Exchange, but the final application result should be subject to the actual result notified by the upstream broker/Stock Exchange. Futu Securities reserves the right to charge the incurred administration fee in relation the application. The administration fee charged would not be refunded regardless of whether the application is successful or not.

● If the client does not receive the company's relevant documentations for the corporate action, please contact customer service of Futu Securities.
