For every 636 shares of CHINA LESSO GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (2128.HK) held, 1 share of (44068.HK) will be assigned as a preference option.

For every 1 share (44068.HK) hold, shareholders can guarantee the quota to subscribe for 1 share of EDA Group Holdings Limited (2505.HK)
