1. Introduction

Head and Shoulders Top is a bearish pattern consisting of three tops and two bottoms. This pattern means that the trend has reversed, forming a short-term downtrend.

2. Feature

2.1 The pattern contains three tops (left shoulder, middle top, right shoulder), and generally the bottom in the middle is the lowest point;

2.2 The two tops are roughly on the same horizontal line;

2.3 The price has recently broken downward through the neckline.

(2) It starts with a large bearish or moderate bearish candlestick, with the next day's stock price sharply breaking below the previous day's lowest point, but soon the market pushes the stock price back up, forming a large bullish or moderate bullish candlestick, where the closing price of the bullish candlestick penetrates deeply into the body of the first bearish candlestick, almost reaching the halfway point. The body of the second candlestick should exceed more than half of the body of the bearish candlestick to be significant, and the longer the body, the more likely it is to be a Dawn.
