Notes:
Your deposit cannot be processed unless you send a notification to Futu. The notification is used to identify your deposit information. If you have not made a deposit at a bank, Futu will not automatically deduct funds from your bank account.
Here is how to notify Futu in the app:
Go to the Accounts tab
Select Transfer > Deposit
Additional Notes:
For a successful deposit, it is important to notify Futu after initiating a bank transfer and select the correct currency, remitting bank, and deposit method when sending the notification.
If Futu does not receive your notification within 20 calendar days, your funds may be returned to the bank.
If you make multiple deposits, please send separate notifications for each deposit to Futu accordingly.
