[HK Bank] How do I withdraw funds to my Hong Kong bank account

Withdrawal of funds refers to the withdrawal of cleared funds in HKD or USD from Futu Securities Account to your Hong Kong Bank Account.

Tips:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the following times are based on Hong Kong stock trading days.
2. During public holidays and market holidays, banks are closed, which may affect the withdrawal time. Please wait for the bank's processing after the holidays.
3. The time below is the estimated time. Please refer to the actual time of funds arrival. FuTu Securities reserves the right of explanation.

1. Reminders

The name of the bank account owner must match that of the security account owner. Funds cannot be withdrawn to other people's bank account.

The withdrawn funds need to be settled with the exchange, and the settlement time for Hong Kong stocks is T+2, while for US stocks, it is T+1.

Please refer to the page "Withdrawal of funds" for the specific fund amount you can withdraw.

Futu's processing time for withdrawal requests is 9:00 - 15:00 on Hong Kong stock trading days.

2. Time of receipt of funds (estimated time, subject to the actual time of receipt of funds)

Notes:

For cash transfers in Bank-Securities Transfers, the single amount over HKD 3,000,000/USD 500,000, requires manual approval and is expected to be completed before 16:00 on the trading day.

Fund will be remitted within 2-5 working days upon request for Cash Plus withdrawals. The actual arrival time is subject to the fund company's redemption time and the bank's processing time of the payment.

The following are examples of the procedures for withdrawing HKD from banks in Hong Kong, and the actual information to be filled in is subject to specific conditions.

Step 1: Please select the currency you want to withdraw;

Step 2: Add bank account information;

Step 3: Select the relevant options as appropriate to the situation, with the options being accurate;

Step 4: The account name of the receiving bank when opening an account must be the same as the account name of Futu Securities (Futu's Account Name is the spelling of names).

Step 5: After confirming the information is correct, enter the transaction password and apply for withdrawal.

In order to confirm that the transaction is done by yourself, you need to enter your password and verify it with your mobile phone.

Q: If money has been incorrectly transferred into my account, do I need to return it? What are the consequences if I refuse to do so?
