Futu does not accept cash transferred in from Hong Kong bank counters, ATMs and other channels
Notes:
1. Only applicable to Hong Kong bank counters and ATMs.2. The bank account name used for payment must be the same as the name on your Futu Securities Account. Transfers from other people's bank account will not be accepted and funds will be returned. The client is responsible for any fee caused by returning funds in this case.
3. After transferring funds through the counter/ATM, you can use the designated FUTU account to send notifications and upload certificates to Futu.
4. The certificate uploaded to Futu must contain transaction records (the complete withdrawal account and receiving account number must be displayed) and Bank account vouchers (the customer's name and withdrawal account number must be displayed in the same figure, for example, bank card, Daily statement).
5. Futu does't accept any cash deposit or e-wallet transfer.
6. Futu HK may refuse the deposit of funds from some special channels (including third-party payment service providers, overseas banks and bureau de change) to protect the safety of your funds and for other compliance reasons. After the refusal, Futu HK will notify the relevant customer to return the funds via the same channel or other means. Some special channels may deduct the refund fee from the remittance amount. Please deposit funds with a bank account currently tied to the system.

For local inter-bank remittances in Hong Kong, such as non-expedited remittances, the bank processing time is extremely long, and it usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive. The specific time is subject to the bank.

As cross-border remittance is involved, both the sending bank and the receiving bank may charge corresponding handling fees. Please refer to the actual fees charged by the bank for specific fees. Futu Securities does not charge fees.
The bank account used to verify the funds transfer is opened by the customer himself, and Futu may require the customer to provide bank account certification. What is a bank account certificate?
The amount in arrears returned before 15:55 on the trading day will stop calculating the interests on the same day. The amount in arrears returned at other times will stop calculating interests on the next trading day.
The funds deposited before 15:55 on the trading day will appear in the statement on the same day. The funds deposited at other times will appear in the statement on the next trading day.
