    1. IPO Subscription Fees

    Futu supports two ways of IPO subscription

    ① Ordinary Subscription (including Cash Subscription and Futu Financing Subscription)

    ② Bank Financing Subscription

    Notes:

    ① Futu's financing interest rate is the same as the margin rate applicable to all HK margin accounts, which is 6.8% per annum. The interest generated by using Futu financing will be settled monthly and will be shown in the statements of your HK margin account. Interest shall be calculated on a daily basis and shall not include in the IPO subscription fees. The final actual interest fee, please refer to the statement.

    ② On the FUTU platform, SFC Transaction Levy is abbreviated as SFC Levy, FRC Transaction Levy is abbreviated as FRC Levy

    ③ FRC Transaction Levy will be effective from January 1, 2022

    ④ The ordinary subscription fees for HK stocks applies to new HK stocks to be offered starting from October 24, 2024.

    Notes:

    ① Grey market transaction fees are unrelated to fee packages of ordinary HK stock and commission status, which will be charged according to Grey Market Trading Fees.

    ② An order can be divided into multiple transactions but will only be charged once.

    ③ Valid orders are settled based on the trading day. Transactions in the same trading day will be treated as 1 order, while transactions in the different trading days will be treated as different orders to calculate transaction related fees.

    ④ On the FUTU platform, SFC Transaction Levy is abbreviated as SFC Levy, FRC Transaction Levy is abbreviated as FRC Levy.

    ⑤ FRC Transaction Levy will be effective from January 1, 2022.

    ⑥ According to HKEX circular, with effect from 17 November 2023, Stamp Duty on Stock Transactions has been revised from 0.13% to 0.1%.
