Tips:
1. The account name of bank used for payment must be the same as the account name of Futu Securities.
2. It takes time for the bank to process the remittance request, and the bank's notification of "remitted" does not indicate that Futu Securities has received the funds. The funds need to be settled and approved after arriving at Futu Securities. The bank and Futu Securities do not process remittance during public holidays in Hong Kong. Please allow the time for remittance processing.
3. Futu doesn't accept any cash deposit or e-wallet transfer.
The Bank-Securities transfer services of China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch, China Minsheng Bank Hong Kong Branch support USD and HKD while Airstar Bank support HKD, USD, and CNH. The operation guidelines are as follow:

You can deposit or withdraw funds via bank-securities transfer service after the setup.
1) Apply for China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Card and activate it.
2) Log in to "Personal Banking Hong Kong Professional Edition", select "All-in-one Card - Bank Securities Transfer - Feature application and cancellation - Add". "Broker Name" select Futu Securities, and enter your Futu NiuNiu number for "Securities HKD/USD A/C" , and finally submit the application.
1) Activate the account in Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
2) Log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking, select "Bank Securities Transfer - Linked Account Maintenance - Add Linked Account", select Futu Securities for "Merchant Name", enter your Futu NiuNiu number for "Linked Account", and finally submit the application.

Log in to "Personal Banking Hong Kong Professional Edition", and select "All-in-one-card - Bank Securities Transfer - Transfer from All-in-one-card to Broker/Merchant Account"
Fill in the following information:

Broker/merchant name: Futu Securities
Transfer amount: Enter the transfer amount
Log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking, select "Bank Securities Transfer - Transfer out/Transfer in - Transfer from Bank to Merchant"
Fill in the following information:

Deposit Funds via Bank-Securities Transfer from Airstar Bank
Confirm the withdrawal amount in the Futu account first, and then initiate a withdrawal application at the bank.
