2. All copies must be certified by practicing accountants, lawyers, notaries public, Justices of the Peace, or Chartered Secretaries as true copies of the originals. The certification date must be within the last 3 months.
1) Certificate of Incorporation or other registration proofs
2) Certificate of Change of Company Name (if applicable)
3) Business Registration Certificate
4) Memorandum and Articles of Association (latest version)
5) Latest Annual Return (NAR1 Form) or Incorporation form (NNC1 Form for new companies)
6) Notice of Change of Company Secretary and Director (Appointment/Cessation) (ND2A Form) (if applicable)
7) Share Transfer documents (if applicable)
8) Shareholding structure chart signed by company director (latest version)
9) Board Resolution/Meeting Minutes
10) Latest Audited Report (if applicable)
11) Copies of identity documents (ID card/passport) of directors, shareholders, and authorized persons
12) Proof of address of directors, shareholders, and authorized persons (issued within three months)
13) For multi-layered companies: trace and collect identity documents of all intermediate companies and ultimate beneficial owners with 25% or more ownership (until natural persons, regulated corporations, listed companies, or governments are identified) (if applicable)
