In order to go through with the IPO process, Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the listing applicant. Experts will evaluate face to face whether the applicant will be granted approval.
Generally speaking, it takes three to six months to get to the hearing process after submitting applicationto the HKEx.This is the mosttime-consuming step in the IPO process for Hong Kong stocks. After the hearing, approved apllicants will publish the post-hearing information pack(PHIP)through HKEx. Roadshow and the IPO process will begin in two to three days.
