1. Fund coupons

Fund coupons are prizes presented by events organized by Futu. Fund coupons can be used to obtain additional income from fund services.

2. How to use the coupons?

During the validity period of the coupons, use coupons to subscribe for funds, and the purchase order can obtain additional revenue. The number of days for generating additional revenue depends on the coupon period.

3. When can I view the revenue generated by the coupon?

Viewing time: After confirming the purchase of fund shares using Fund coupons, after 24:00 on the T+1 day, you can view the bonus benefits of the event;

Cargo base is the first activity income generated on T+1 day after the share is confirmed, and the first income generated on T+2 or T+3 day for stock base and debt base;

4. Where can I view the revenue generated by the coupon?

After Fund coupons starts to calculate the profit, the current accumulated "activity income" will be displayed on the fund wealth management account page and the product holding page, and you can click to view the daily income details.

5. When will Fund coupons stop calculating the income?

When the period for replenishment of Fund coupons expires or the investment amount of coupons is 0, the calculation of income will stop.

6. Why did I use coupons but the final return was 0?

First of all, this happens only to the Cash Plus, because the base is to confirm the share on T+1 day and redeem it on the T+0 day. If you redeem all of it before the share is confirmed, you will not be able to get any income.

7. Why do I have historical positions, but the redemption will still deduct the amount in my profit?

Fund coupon is only effective for the newly purchased shares after the coupon is used, and has nothing to do with your historical position. When you initiate a redemption, the newly-added subscription shares will be redeemed in advance according to the subscription time sooner or later, so the redemption will be deducted from the amount you have ‘recharged’ in accordance with the subscription time.

8. Why is there an activity income, but the fund's position remains unchanged?

The activity income is the reward given to users by Futu through the activity, and is not included in the total fund holdings.

The amount of the Fund coupons after verification is provided by Futu and has no relationship with the corresponding company of the securities exchange;
